This arrived today and although I haven't even plugged it in, I am already disappointed.The main problem is that the boiling water obviously will come in contact with a plastic component. I chose this kettle to avoid boiling water in plastic! The other thing that bothers me is that the product description makes it seem like it was made in Switzerland, but it was actually made in China.I am returning this.I regret spending so much money on it.
